The New Zealand Bitcoin Conference is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and considerate in your interactions with others.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
- Respect the professional nature of the event and its focus on Bitcoin.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendees of the event and related events.
Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments; sexual images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers reserve the right to take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.
